Thank you for bringing to light the Holistic Psychologist, who I did not know her (but now do!). There are some great quotes on her Instagram which I have copied into a folder to re-read from time to time when necessary. Stuff like this for example: Don’t expect people who haven’t focused on their own evolution to support new versions of yourself.
